Ethical Non Monogamy

If you’re considering opening your relationship, or are already practicing non-monogamy and finding it challenging, you’re in the right place. Ethical non-monogamy can be exciting and expansive—but also overwhelming, time-consuming, and sometimes a little scary.

I work with individuals, couples, and partners to navigate open relationships and the emotions that come with them, whether that’s communication challenges, jealousy, boundaries, or figuring out what structure feels right for you. My goal is to help you move through these experiences with more clarity, intention, and connection.

Whether you’re just starting to explore or looking to strengthen an existing dynamic, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make thoughtful, aligned decisions..

For rates for one or two people, please see the Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy, respectively. Rates for 3 members of a relationship are $260/hr.
