<image:caption>I work with individuals who are seeking positive change in their lives and relationships—especially when something feels off, stuck, or unclear. I offer a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere where humor and lightheartedness can be part of the process, alongside meaningful and thoughtful work. I provide therapy for a range of concerns, including relationship struggles, anxiety and depression, and feeling unsure of your direction, personally or professionally. I have particular experience working with individuals exploring gender, sexuality, and non-traditional relationships. And sometimes, people come in simply because they need a space to talk openly and be heard. If you’re wondering whether I might be a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a sense of what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right. I offer this service as walking therapy, if desired. Individual therapy sessions are $175.</image:caption>

      <image:title>River Willow Therapy - Sex Therapy - Sex therapy</image:title>
<image:caption>I provide sex therapy in Oregon, Washington, New York and Idaho. Sex therapy focuses on anything related to sexuality and intimacy. This can include your relationships, your sense of yourself as a sexual being, sexual orientation, desire, connection, and concerns such as pain, anorgasmia, or erectile difficulties. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of topics, including sexual challenges, intimacy and desire, LGBTQ+ experiences, non-monogamous relationships, and those in the kink community. My approach is open, non-judgmental, and grounded in creating a space where you can talk about things that may feel difficult to bring up elsewhere. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, improve your sexual or relational experiences, or work through specific concerns, therapy can offer a place to explore and move forward in a way that feels aligned for you. <image:title>Teen Therapy - Teen THerapy</image:title>
<image:caption>Therapy for teens can look a little different than therapy for adults. It offers a safe, supportive space to talk openly, process what’s going on, and feel understood, without pressure or judgment. I have experience working with teens facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed by school, relationships, or life changes. I aim to provide a fresh perspective and help teens make sense of what they’re going through, while building tools to navigate it more confidently. I offer a relaxed and approachable atmosphere, where humor and lightheartedness can be part of the process, alongside meaningful and supportive work. For parents, I understand how difficult it can be to see your teen struggling. I work to create a space where teens feel comfortable engaging in therapy, while also supporting parents in understanding and navigating what their teen is going through. I offer this service as walking therapy, if desired. Teen therapy sessions are $175</image:caption>

      <image:title>Walking Therapy - Walking Therapy</image:title>
<image:caption>I offer walking therapy to any of my clients who request it. This may involve walking in person if you live in the right area, or walking and talking via phone while doing talk therapy. If we walk in person I may bring along my dog, Rocksteady (pictured below) if you would like. Research shows that exercise and being outside are good for mental health, and so I enjoy the opportunity to combine these healthy behaviors with therapy for the benefits of my clients. For rates, please see the Individual Therapy, and Teen Therapy pages. Talk therapy is not offered for Couples Therapy.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Ethical Non Monogamy - Ethical Non Monogamy</image:title>
<image:caption>If you’re considering opening your relationship, or are already practicing non-monogamy and finding it challenging, you’re in the right place. Ethical non-monogamy can be exciting and expansive—but also overwhelming, time-consuming, and sometimes a little scary. I work with individuals, couples, and partners to navigate open relationships and the emotions that come with them, whether that’s communication challenges, jealousy, boundaries, or figuring out what structure feels right for you. My goal is to help you move through these experiences with more clarity, intention, and connection. Whether you’re just starting to explore or looking to strengthen an existing dynamic, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make thoughtful, aligned decisions.. For rates for one or two people, please see the Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy, respectively. Rates for 3 members of a relationship are $260/hr.</image:caption>
